Refund Policy - Tharaa Training

At Tharaa Training, we are committed to providing a superior educational experience. However, we recognize that there are circumstances that may warrant a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair to everyone. The following are the approved terms of this policy:

1. Refund of fees before the start of the training program:

  • Full refund (100%) :: إذا تم تقديم طلب استرداد قبل 15 أيام على الأقل من بدء البرنامج التدريبي، يحق للعميل استرداد 100% من قيمة الدورة.
  • Partial refund :If a refund request is submitted less than 7 days before the start of the training program, 20% of the course value will be deducted as an administrative fee, with 80% of the amount paid being refunded.

2. No refund of fees after the start of the training program:

  • After the start of the training program, the client is not entitled to a refund of any part of the fees paid, as the training materials and services are considered to have been provided.

3. Cancellation by the Company:

  • In the event that the training program is cancelled by “Tharaa Training” for any reason, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded to the trainee.

4. Refund Request Procedures:

  • Refund requests are submitted via the dedicated email to the support team before the start of the training program.
  • Refund requests are processed within 14 working days From the date of receipt of the application.

5. Special exceptions:

  • In cases of emergency or force majeure (such as health or personal emergencies), exceptions to partial or full refunds may be considered at the discretion of the Company's management.

This policy aims to ensure the rights of trainees and regulate the refund process in a fair manner, while maintaining the quality of educational services provided.
